Referrals and affiliate

Earn free months by referring other sellers.

Refer another seller, get a free month. No payout forms, no minimum, no cap.

Referrals (open) — public page at reskale.xyz/affiliate.

You do not need to apply. Every Reskale account already has a referral link.

How it works

  1. Copy your link. You already have one — every Reskale account comes with a referral code. It looks like reskale.xyz/r/YOURCODE, and it is on your dashboard and on the Referrals screen. There is nothing to sign up for.
  2. Share it. Followers, friends, reseller communities — anywhere you post.
  3. Get a free month. When someone you referred makes their first real subscription payment, $12.99 of credit is added to your account. It clears after 14 days (see below), then comes off your next invoice.

$12.99 is one month of Starter, the lowest paid tier.

What the person you refer gets

Their first month free. The code is worth something to them, which is what makes it shareable — you are not asking people to use your link as a favour.

The terms

  • No cap. Every referral who subscribes adds another $12.99.
  • Credit stacks and rolls over until you have used it.
  • Applied automatically to your next invoice. Nothing to claim, no minimum to reach, no payout form.
  • Trials do not count. The reward lands when the person you referred actually pays, not when they start a trial. This is what keeps the program from being farmed with throwaway signups.
  • A reward clears after 14 days. It shows as Clearing on the Referrals screen for that time, then Credited. The wait exists because a subscription payment can still be refunded; waiting means we almost never have to take a credit back off your account after you have been told it is yours.
  • If the referred payment is refunded, the reward does not stand. A reward still clearing is cancelled; one already credited is reversed. This applies to chargebacks too. You will see it as Refunded rather than silently vanishing.
  • You cannot refer yourself, and a code only counts within the first 7 days of the new account. Someone who signed up last month cannot add your code now.

Why credit rather than cash commission

Credit is a promise the product can keep today.

A cash commission needs a payout run, a minimum threshold, tax paperwork and someone to administer it. Credit works the moment a referred payment clears.

If you have seen "20% recurring" or "30% recurring" in older Reskale material, that was never implemented — no code ever computed a commission, and the dashboard could only ever have shown $0.00. The current program is what actually pays out.

Creators

Every account already has a referral link, so this is only worth doing if you post publicly. The creator affiliate track lets you claim a custom code — something readable like reskale.xyz/r/YOURCHANNEL instead of the code you were given — and tracks it separately from your personal referrals. You can set one up on the Referrals screen.

Creators with an audience can apply for higher reward tiers — email support@reskale.xyz with your channel.

A creator program with cash commissions is planned but not built. When it exists, it will be described here and not before.

Tracking

The Referrals screen (open) shows your link and four figures:

  • Signed up — people who created an account with your link.
  • Subscribed — how many of those became paying subscribers.
  • Credit earned — credit already on your account.
  • On its way — credit earned but still clearing its 14 days.

Below that is a row per reward, with its status:

StatusWhat it means
ClearingEarned; waiting out the 14-day refund window
Paying outBeing applied to your account right now
CreditedOn your account, will come off your next invoice
RetryingSomething went wrong applying it; it will be tried again
Reversed / CancelledThe referred payment was refunded

Conversions appear once the referred payment clears, which can take a little time after they subscribe.

Sharing it honestly

A request, not a rule: describe what the tool does and does not do. Reskale does not support Poshmark, and someone who signs up expecting it will churn and be annoyed.

An honest "here is what it does well and here is what it does not do yet" reads better than a pitch, converts better, and tells us what to fix.

Something here wrong or out of date? Tell us.
