What syncs

| Depop | Yes |
| Vinted | Yes |
| Discogs | Not supported |
Each conversation shows the marketplace, the buyer, and the item it concerns where the marketplace links one.
Why it is worth having
Response time affects ranking and buyer confidence on most marketplaces, and the practical failure mode is not rudeness — it is a question sitting unanswered on the one marketplace you did not check today.
One inbox means one place to check.
Hidden offer threads
If you use buyer discounts on Vinted, your inbox fills with the conversation threads those offers create. Dozens of them, all looking like buyer messages, none of them being one.
Reskale filters them out — and says how many it hid rather than quietly dropping rows. A filter you cannot see is indistinguishable from a bug, and a missing message is exactly the thing you would not think to look for.
Answering
Reply from Reskale where the marketplace supports it. Replies go through the marketplace, so the buyer sees a normal message from you.
Where a conversation needs something Reskale cannot do — sending a photo, opening a case, handling a return — open it on the marketplace itself.
Syncing
Press Sync to pull new messages; background sync also runs.
For extension-backed marketplaces, message sync depends on the stored session. If one marketplace stops producing messages while the others keep working, check its connection first — sync and connection issues.
Clearing
Clear removes synced messages from Reskale. It does not delete anything on the marketplace, and the next sync pulls current conversations back.
Useful mainly for resetting a badly out-of-sync inbox.
What this is not
Not a CRM, not a template system, not an autoresponder.
Automated replies are deliberately absent. Buyers can tell, marketplaces measure genuine response quality, and a canned reply to a question about measurements is worse than a slow real one.
