Poshmark
Why Reskale does not automate Poshmark, and what still works.
Reskale does not connect to Poshmark. This is a deliberate removal, not a missing feature, and it is worth explaining properly because Poshmark is a major marketplace and its absence is the first thing many sellers notice.
The decision
Poshmark suspends seller accounts for automated activity. Every automation a crosslister offers — crossposting, closet import, offers to likers, sharing, background sync — is automated activity by their definition.
A feature that works most of the time and occasionally costs someone their closet is worse than no feature at all. When Poshmark suspends an account the seller loses their listings, their followers and their sales history, and none of it is recoverable.
That is not a risk a tool should take on a seller's behalf without saying so. So Poshmark is not offered.
What still works
The removal gates what the app does, never what it can show.
- Your existing Poshmark sales and orders remain visible. They appear in Sales, count toward revenue, and stay in Bookkeeping.
- Your Poshmark records are untouched. Nothing was deleted.
- Fees, payouts and history are intact.
Sales are records, not automation. Hiding them would delete a seller's revenue history from view while fixing nothing.
What stops is anything that acts on Poshmark: connecting, importing, posting, delisting, sharing, offers.
Managing Poshmark
On poshmark.com directly, by hand. That is the only way Poshmark itself sanctions, and it is the only way that carries no account risk.
If you sell mostly on Poshmark
Be honest with yourself about the fit. If Poshmark is the majority of your business, Reskale automates the minority of it, and a tool that does connect to Poshmark may serve you better in the short term.
You should know what you are accepting if you go that way: those tools carry the ban risk described above, and the seller carries the consequence, not the tool.
Will it come back
Only if Poshmark publishes a sanctioned API or a partner programme that makes automation legitimate. It would not come back on the basis of "detection seems quieter lately" — that is the reasoning that gets sellers banned in waves.
